We provide fast, friendly and efficient service, continuously exceeding the high demands and expectations of our clients. Monty’s improves the lives of our clients, staff and community by dedicating our time and profits to our fantastic team and the global community via our 1+1 philosophy.
1 + 1 PHILOSOPHY:
Monty’s is dedicated to sharing our profits with our staff and the global community.
We distribute 1% of our annual turnover amongst our staff at the end of the year based on the % of hours they work for us each year.
We also distribute 1% of our annual turnover to charities and community efforts. This 1% is split up to match the staff bonuses and each staff member chooses where they would like their portion to go.
Monty's has strong views on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and we love hearing about other businesses implementing their own CSR programs.
